iPoker says goodbye to Poland

As a result of the new regulation, the poker rooms of the iPoker Network have completely withdrawn from Poland.

The new regulations were already in force on 1 April. Already in the run-up, Pinnacle, bet365 and William Hill, as they did not want to pay the much criticized 12% of taxes. From the ranks of the online poker, some providers remained including Titan Poker and bet-at-home.

The Polish poker community could not be happy for too long because all the iPoker Networks skins have withdrawn. Partially very surprising and without warning. Some players report that they were taken off the table during a hand.

PokerStars is trying to get a license, but the last word does not seem to be spoken. The deadline is 1 July. Authorities state that only licensed vendors are tolerated. It remains to be seen which suppliers are still on the market.
